Pre-dispatch checks
All devices are thoroughly checked and tested before dispatch to ensure they meet our quality standards.
Reporting issues
Customers must report any issues within 24 hours of receiving the device. Please contact us on WhatsApp with clear photos or video of the issue.
Refunds and exchanges
Refunds and exchanges are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Where a device is found to have a fault not caused by the customer, we will offer a replacement or refund.
What is not covered
Physical damage after delivery (drops, water damage, screen cracks) is not covered. Customer-caused damage voids any refund or exchange request.
